RULES FOR RETURNING ITEMS BOUGHT IN THE STORE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We will not reimburse you, if you change your mind upon a certain purchase, for this reason please be cautious in your choices and sure about every item you buy before you leave the store!

RULES FOR RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

In case that an online buyer wants to return the items purchased online, then he/she must inform within 48 hours (work days) from recieving the items in delievery by phone +355674054401 and +355697062822 or email customerservice@viaanabel.al and info@viaanabel.al. Buyer must:
1. Return the items within 5 days (work days) in store or by mail. ViaAnabel reimburses only after recieving the items and does not pay for the shipping costs when returning items.
2. Items must be returned in the initial state with the receipt and additional accessories, on the contrary they will not be accepted.

GENERAL RULES FOR RETURNING ITEMS

ARE YOU DOUBTFUL FOR THE AUTHENTICITY? RETURN IT!
We accept returns only in case you have doubts for the authenticity of the items. Our staff examines thoroughly every item that comes in the store, but in case you have even the slightest doubt about the authenticity of a certain item, please inform us within 48 hours (work day) by phone +355674054401 and +355697062822 or email customerservice@viaanabel.al and info@viaanabel.al. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were bought. We will investigate your complaints over the authenticity and will reimburse you if it is proved that the item is not authentic.

YOU CAN NOT RETURN ITEMS WHEN:
1. The item is damaged by the client and doesn't match the description of ViaAnabel.
2. The returned items are not accompanied with the boxes and belonging bags. All items returned to ViaAnabel must come in the same condition they were sold and with all the additional accessories (e.g the glasses' box, bijoue box, the cloth bags that accompany the leather bags, certificates, etc).
3. When the items do not come with the attached receipt in the package.
4. The items are used swimwear or lingerie. ViaAnabel accepts only the returning of new swimwear or lingerie with their tags still attached.

REIMBURSEMENT
ViaAnabel will try to reimburse the entire value of the payment that you have submitted for purchasing the items. According to the case, ViaAnabel has the right to discount from the reimbursed value, transaction costs (PayPal, Credit Card, etc) and other reimbursment costs, if there are any.
